Jehovah RAPHA is extracted from Exodus 15:26 "For I am the Lord who heals you." NKJV
Every day we are confronted with mental, physical and emotional problems. The name Jehovah Rapha speaks to our needs today and brings healing to every part of our whole being.
As an introduction my name is Wes Wolken and I am married to Alma who has been my wife of over 23 years. We have five children, Cooper, Jessie, Keni, Cydney, Jonathan.
I have been involved in diverse ministerial roles, such as a choir member, worship leader, deacon, elder, children's pastor, associate pastor, and evangelist to name a few. I have also traveled to Limbay Cameroon Africa to preach the gospel and see many miraculous signs and wonders performed by the Lord.
As you can see the Lord called me into various different ministries over the past 23 years. I have loved serving every minute of my time spent in the ministry and I love the Lord.
For the past four years the Lord has centered my attention on the church and has called me to help the church grow and show the people of God that He has called them, ordained them, anointed them, and gifted them to do the work of the ministry. For they are ministers of reconciliation, Ambassadors of God, placed on this earth for such a time as this!
The Five Fold Ministry
Eph. 4:11 And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelist; and some, pastors and teachers;
Eph. 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Eph. 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
Eph. 4:14 Then we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Eph. 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Eph. 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body of unto the edifying of itself in love.
The Lord has
equipped me to stir up the body of Christ, to assist each church in
realizing the gifts within the church body. It's time to realize
that the gifts not only belong to
just the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, but it
is the whole body of Christ in the church that God has commissioned to
go into the highways and byways to do the works of Jesus. The five fold ministry is there
to help edify, and equip them for the works of the ministry... And the
Lord will confirm with signs and wonders following.
